Shipping is FREE on all orders.

Orders are processed within 72 hours. Once shipped, packages will arrive within 3 to 10 business days via FedEx ground. For quicker delivery, choose FedEx Express for a fee.

Return Policy

Hello PB Customer, we, here at PAMPA BELTS, believe that those who purchase a Pampa belt are certain they want one though may not be certain on the size or style of choice. For that reason, we provide a FREE one time only Return Label with each new order from which to make your exchange with the store credit issued to you. Returns need to be made within 14 days of delivery to qualify. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on any additional exchanges made from the initial order.

Note: For all items returned within 14 days upon receipt we issue store credit only. After the 14 day period the product is yours to keep and is non-returnable.

Using a reliable carrier of your choice with tracking included, please ship all returns to the address below (unless a FREE Return Label was provided you):

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package. We will notify you by email once the store credit is issued.

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by email at info@PampaBelts.com within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

Stolen or Lost Items

While we are not responsible for stolen or lost items, if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at info@PampaBelts.com and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package. For secure delivery, FedEx gives the option to hold packages at a FedEx location nearby you to be picked up within 10 days of arrival.
